missingWrote a review on Nov 30mountain viewconvenient amenitiescentral locationcleanliness issues
The location provides a unique view of the surrounding mountains and even glimpses of Mt. Rushmore, especially when lit up at night. The rooms come equipped with convenient amenities like a mini fridge and microwave, ideal for quick snacks after a long day of exploring.
During my stay, the bathroom had some cleanliness issues, including bugs found in both the bedroom and bathroom, which really knocked down the comfort level. The elevators were on the fritz, making the second floor feel like a hike, and breakfast options were lacking variety, leading to disappointment. Additionally, the pool area got pretty noisy with kids using it late into the evening, which could be a nuisance for those looking for a peaceful stay.

Great Location but Needs Improved Cleanliness
The location was fantastic, just a short drive from Mt. Rushmore, allowing us to enjoy beautiful views. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with noticeable dirt in various places that made our stay less comfortable. The friendly front desk staff made us feel welcome, but we expected a cleaner environment.

Dude, the local eats blew my mind! Wild West Soda is a stone's throw away, offering wicked treats. The staff were super friendly, making us feel right at home.
But, yo, the AC was blowing cold air right on my head at night. Really needed someone to check in on us after six nights; we had to ask for towels and extra toilet paper. The ceiling fan? Creeping away from the ceiling, and the fire alarm was dangling like a bad joke.

Our stay was convenient with great views and daily breakfast options like waffles and pancakes. the rooms felt cramped for our family of four, and the breakfast area was often overcrowded. With limited parking and small room amenities, it's best for short stays or those prioritizing location.

Our family loved the convenient location, just a short drive to Mount Rushmore and plenty of dining options nearby. The kids enjoyed the pool area, which was well-maintained, although it could use some updates. We stayed in a double room with two double beds, and the beds were comfortable enough for our family. Overall, it was a decent spot for our short getaway to explore the nearby attractions.

missingWrote a review on Oct 28fluffy pancakesfriendly staffgreat locationpoor communicationbroken amenities
Oh man, those American pancakes were the fluffiest clouds of deliciousness! And just a hop, skip, and a jump away, you’ll hit Wild West Soda and Palominos for epic eats that could make a cowboy weep. The friendly morning staff added some serious sunshine to our stay, and the location? Right next to everything cool in Keystone.
Now, on the flip side, one guest was throwing a real fit about room service—maybe they missed the memo that cleaning is on request now? No harm done to us, but better communication could’ve saved some drama. Plus, it felt like they were in a bit over their heads with all the broken pool amenities.
